What Can I Do To Save The Earth ?

You don’t have to be a scientist or study the polar ice caps to notice it. This problem might seem overwhelming, and you might feel helpless. However, there are steps you can take to help save the Earth from global warming.
First, understand how this problem came to pass. Carbon dioxide emissions have helped to seal in the sun’s warmth, slowly and gradually warming the Earth. Deforestation has deprived the Earth both of one of its best carbon dioxide absorbers, as well as opening vast stretches of bare land which absorb heat. So, what can you do to save the Earth?
Electricity comes from the burning of fossil fuels more than any other source. Clean energy power plants, such as hydroelectric, wind turbines, or solar power, are expensive to create. Writing your government representatives to let them know you support clean energy helps, but until these plants are in place, you can help keep fossil fuel emissions out of the atmosphere by reducing your energy use at home.
Also, drive less or carpool. If you can afford it, buy a more fuel efficient vehicle. These two things may not seem like much, but if we all pitch in, we can accomplish a lot.
