Prevention of air pollution has become a global concern now with all countries participating in the efforts to control this kind of pollution. The United States especially has taken a very active approach towards making efforts to control air pollution.

Causes Of Ozone Depletion

The earth is made up of different layers of atmosphere. Troposphere, stratosphere, ozone are all different layers that make up the atmosphere in and above the earth. Every layer has unique gases and functions to maintain the environmental balance on earth. The ozone layer is located somewhere between 10 kilometers and 50 kilometers above the Earth. The main function of the ozone layer is to give us protection from the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun.
