What Is Acid Rain ?

Acid rain is the term used to describe raindrops that have become acidic in nature. Everything from soil to water on earth has a natural pH balance that it needs to maintain. When this pH balance increases or decreases, it changes the properties of the raindrops or the soil. When it rains, the air in the atmosphere is cleaned naturally.The raindrops usually collect the dust and other types of dry suspended particles in the atmosphere when they fall. The dry deposition naturally found in the atmosphere is volcanic dust and pollen or other particulate matter.
